This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
Backtagging: yes
Threadhopping: yeeesss
Fourthwalling: general yes, but a heads up beforehand would be nice
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm usually not offended by much, but if I ask to drop a thread because it makes me uncomfortable please don't make a big deal out of it.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: yes
Kissing this character: yes, though you'll probably get a dramatic reaction
Flirting with this character: he is as dense as something at the bottom of the ocean. So of course.
Fighting with this character: He loves a good match. Do it.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Minor injuries like a cut during a fight that we're already apart of don't need to be discussed. Hitting him out of nowhere, please tell me first so I can respond properly but am okay with this too. More severe injuries should definitely be discussed before attacking. I'm probably not going to say no, but I would like to work it out first.
Killing this character: This should be discussed at length and have some purpose to either plot or personal story. I would prefer no random deaths.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Let me know first so I can add more detail to inner thoughts in my own tags. Heiji as normal has no mental defenses, though he is often loud and direct even in his head.
Warnings: In general he is loud and obnoxious, but he is also deceptively smart and if you have a secret to hide he is one of the ones to watch out for. He can pinpoint details with frightening accuracy and the more someone tries to hide from him the more curious he gets. Especially if he has reason to be suspicious. If you get into a fight with him, be prepared to be facing an incredibly skilled kendo captain. He is no pushover.
